Once your items have been shipped you will receive a tracking code via the billing email you entered with your purchase, which will include estimated delivery time and date. What is your return policy?

How do I redeem my coupon code?

You must first add at least (1) item to your digital shopping cart, then go to your cart and you will see a space to enter your coupon code. The discount associated with the coupon code will be applied at that time and will be applied to any other items you add to your cart after that.

How can I change the wrong shipping address on my order?

Contact our customer support team immediately if you need to change the shipping address of an order that has already been placed as the item may have already been shipped out and will not be able to be changed at that time.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking code via the email you used during the checkout process but only after the item has shipped. If your order is still being processed it hasn’t generated a tracking code yet.

What is your privacy policy?

Our checkouts are secured transactions made via Paypal, Goole Pay, Apple Pay or Stripe so we do not retain any payment information. We do not share or sell any other user data to third parties.
